BG Container Glass, or BGC, reported net profit attributable to owners of the company in the second quarter of 2026 at 63 million baht, up 8% from the same period last year. Revenue from sales and services was 3.84 billion baht, an increase of 13%, supported by the first-time consolidation of Bangkok Can Manufacturing, or BCM, for two months and growth in the distribution business. Gross profit margin improved to 16.1% from 15.9%, despite ongoing pressure from high energy costs and aluminum prices. For the first six months of 2026, net profit stood at 116 million baht, down 20% due to higher selling and administrative expenses from business expansion and the inclusion of BCM.
