BioAge Labs has dosed the first participant in QUELL-CV, a Phase 2 proof-of-concept study evaluating its oral NLRP3 inhibitor BGE-102 for cardiovascular risk reduction. The company previously reported first-quarter 2026 financial results, including collaboration revenue of $2.8 million and research and development expenses of $20.4 million. As of March 31, 2026, BioAge held approximately $384.9 million in cash, cash equivalents, and marketable securities. Phase 1 data for BGE-102 showed median reductions of 86% in hsCRP levels from baseline across evaluated dose groups, with no serious adverse events reported. A Phase 2 dose-ranging study in participants with elevated cardiovascular risk is planned to begin in mid-2026.
