US spot Bitcoin ETFs have recorded $5.48 billion in net outflows in 2026, while AI-focused ETFs and the VanEck SMH semiconductor ETF have attracted billions in inflows. Technically, Bitcoin remains in a bearish structure after a June bear flag breakdown, with a measured downside target near $50,800 and a smaller bear pennant suggesting a potential move toward approximately $46,300.
