Bitdeer Technologies shares rose 4.96% to $18.00 in pre-market trading Monday after the company announced a colocation lease agreement at its Norwegian AI data center site. The lease, executed by unit Tydal Data Center AS, has not yet become effective and is subject to conditions including the completion of certain external customer and supplier arrangements by the counterparty. Chief Strategy Officer Haris Basit called the signing an exceptional step in Bitdeer's global AI infrastructure strategy, and the lease is expected to become effective within the next month.
