Blue Gold Limited Class A Ordinary SharesCompany announced initiatives to regain Nasdaq compliance and improve shareholders' equity by ~$30M, strengthening financial position.

Blue Gold Limited has undertaken several initiatives to regain compliance with Nasdaq continued listing requirements and strengthen its financial position. The company has entered into agreements that, along with the revaluation of warrant liabilities, are expected to improve shareholders' equity by approximately $30 million, enabling it to satisfy the equity requirement for continued listing on the Nasdaq Global Market. An Extraordinary General Meeting is scheduled for July 24, 2026, where shareholders of record as of July 7, 2026, will vote on authorizing the board to determine the timing and size of any reverse share split. If compliance is regained, Blue Gold intends to apply to transfer its Class A ordinary shares and warrants from the Nasdaq Global Market to the Nasdaq Capital Market, which offers more leeway for future compliance.
