Shanghai Bloom Technology IncCompany expects first-half 2026 net profit to drop 56.69%-63.7% year-on-year due to revenue decline and lower gross margins.

Bolong Technology disclosed its earnings forecast, expecting first-half 2026 operating revenue to decline 20% year-on-year, with net profit attributable to the parent company at 88 million to 105 million yuan, a year-on-year drop of 56.69% to 63.7%, and net profit after deducting non-recurring items at 82 million to 99 million yuan, a year-on-year decline of 57.59% to 64.87%. The company said the revenue decline was mainly because large projects had not yet completed acceptance due to customer implementation progress, and the small and medium-sized projects that recognized revenue in the period had lower gross margins and a higher proportion, leading to a year-on-year decline in overall gross margin. In addition, the appreciation of the yuan against the euro caused exchange losses on euro deposits, whereas the same period last year saw a significant gain.
