Bonduelle S.C.A.Stable sales but operating income expected below revised target due to pressures from Chinese sweet corn imports, private-label pricing, and Middle East crisis.

Bonduelle Group reported annual sales of 2,186.2 million euros for fiscal year 2025-2026, representing a 0.4% increase on a like-for-like basis and a 0.8% decline on reported figures. The Europe zone, which accounted for 62.8% of total sales, grew 1.3% on both reported and like-for-like bases, driven by strength in the Bonduelle, Cassegrain, and Globus brands. The non-Europe zone, representing 37.2% of sales, declined 1.0% on a like-for-like basis, with North America down 5.6% like-for-like amid a challenging consumer environment and agricultural crises, while the Eurasia, Export and Mercosur region surged 8.7% like-for-like. Despite stable sales, current operating income is expected to be slightly below the revised 80 million euros target due to pressures from Chinese sweet corn imports, private-label pricing, and the Middle East crisis.
