At the same time, No. 666 Huxin West Road, Wujiang Economic and Technological Development Zone will be added as an implementation site for the New R&D Center Project. This adjustment only involves the addition of implementation entities and sites, without changing the content, investment purpose, or investment scale of the fundraising projects, and will not have a material impact on their implementation. The company raised net proceeds of 983 million yuan from its 2022 A-share private placement. As of June 30, 2026, a cumulative 631 million yuan has been invested. Of this, the Consumer Electronics Industry Automation Equipment Upgrade Project plans to invest 195 million yuan, with 97.268 million yuan already invested, representing a progress rate of 49.94 percent. The New R&D Center Project plans to invest 100 million yuan, with 15.1535 million yuan already invested, representing a progress rate of 15.15 percent. The company stated that this adjustment is based on actual business development needs, is conducive to the smooth progress of the fundraising projects, aligns with the overall development strategy, facilitates rational resource allocation, and improves the efficiency of the use of raised funds.
