Brainsway LtdBrainsway LtdBrainsWay announced positive data from the largest real-world study of its Deep TMS system in patients with both post-traumatic stress disorder and major depressive disorder. The retrospective analysis of 462 patients across 11 clinical sites found that 83.5% experienced a response, defined as at least a 50% reduction in PTSD symptoms, with a mean reduction of 52%. Depression symptoms also improved substantially, with a 66.6% response rate and a 27.3% remission rate. The findings were presented at a recent industry conference, though Deep TMS is not yet cleared by the FDA for PTSD or comorbid PTSD and depression.
