Broadcom reported record fiscal Q3 results and raised its full-year AI revenue outlook, forecasting $58 billion for fiscal 2026, up 186% year-over-year and above prior guidance of $56 billion. The company also outlined plans to double AI revenue to approximately $115 billion in fiscal 2027 and again to $230 billion in fiscal 2028, with CEO Hock Tan citing secured supply and line of sight for growth. In the quarter, AI semiconductor revenue more than tripled year-over-year to $16.7 billion, driven by six XPU customers, including the shipment of OpenAI's first-generation custom accelerator, Jalapeno. Consolidated revenue hit a record $29.6 billion, up 86% year-over-year, with non-GAAP EPS of $3.32, up 96%. For Q4, Broadcom expects AI revenue of $21.7 billion, up 236% year-over-year, and total revenue of $34.8 billion. Management highlighted supply-chain constraints in wafers, substrates, and HBM memory as key gating factors, and noted that Anthropic is on track to become its largest XPU customer in 2027.
