Broadcom IncProjects $58B AI sales for FY2026, up 186%, with strong Q3 AI revenue and OpenAI/Anthropic demand.

Broadcom Inc. has projected fiscal 2026 AI sales of approximately $58 billion, a 186% increase from the previous year, and expects further acceleration thereafter. The company has secured supply to support around $115 billion of AI revenue in fiscal 2027 and has line of sight to about $230 billion for fiscal 2028, implying two more doublings in the next two years. In fiscal Q3, Broadcom reported $16.7 billion in AI semiconductor revenue, up 221% year-over-year and 54% sequentially, and it expects Q4 AI revenue of $21.7 billion, a 236% year-over-year increase. During the quarter, Broadcom shipped the first-generation custom accelerator for OpenAI, and CEO Hock Tan said Anthropic is on track to be its largest XPU customer in 2027. Management noted that land, power, data center shells, cutting-edge wafers, substrates, and HBM memory could influence capacity deployment speed, and capital requirements are expected to remain high as customers build specialized AI systems. The key investor concern is whether Broadcom can convert its demand pipeline into revenues without compromising margins or hitting supply difficulties.
