Siam Cement Group, or SCC, reported second-quarter 2026 profit of 11.5 billion baht, significantly above research estimates. DAOL Securities Thailand noted the profit beat was driven by higher-than-expected total revenue and gross margin, and raised its 2026–2027 net profit forecasts by 13% and 16% to 20.4 billion baht and 17.6 billion baht, respectively. It also lifted its 2026 target price to 290 baht from 280 baht, maintaining a buy recommendation. Meanwhile, Kasikorn Securities highlighted that profit exceeded its estimate of 7.8 billion baht and the market consensus of 8.2 billion baht, thanks to dividend income and better-than-expected performance in the packaging and chemicals businesses. It raised its 2026–2028 net profit forecasts by 42%, 5%, and 3%, respectively, and increased its target price to 276 baht from 263 baht, keeping a hold rating.
