Calix IncClass action lawsuit alleging securities fraud for failing to disclose margin pressure from memory component costs.

Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC has filed a class action lawsuit against Calix, Inc. and certain officers, alleging violations of federal securities laws. The suit covers investors who purchased or acquired Calix securities between January 28, 2026 and April 21, 2026. The complaint claims the company failed to disclose that its first quarter margins had significantly benefited from advanced purchasing of memory components, that its advanced supply of memory components was dwindling, and that it was experiencing negative margin pressure as it was forced to purchase memory components at rising market prices. As a result, positive statements about the company’s margins, business, operations, and prospects were allegedly materially misleading. Investors have until July 27, 2026 to seek lead plaintiff appointment.
