Sportradar Group AGClass action lawsuit alleging securities law violations for undisclosed dealings with black-market gambling operators and weak compliance.

Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman LLC has filed a class action lawsuit against Sportradar Group AG and certain officers, alleging violations of federal securities laws. The suit covers investors who purchased or acquired Sportradar securities between November 7, 2024 and April 21, 2026. The complaint claims the company made false and misleading statements by failing to disclose that it engaged in business with black-market gambling operators to boost revenues, and that its know-your-customer and compliance protocols were significantly less robust than represented. Investors have until July 17, 2026 to seek lead plaintiff appointment. The law firm is handling the case on a contingency fee basis.
