Cabaletta Bio IncRaised $150 million, extending cash runway to mid-2027, and advancing rese-cel enrollment with potential FDA filing in 2027.

Cabaletta Bio is progressing enrollment in a registrational study of its experimental cell therapy rese-cel for myositis, with potential FDA approval application in 2027. The company expects additional clinical data in the second half of 2026 from rese-cel studies in pemphigus vulgaris and lupus, including higher-dose cohorts. In May, Cabaletta raised $150 million through a registered direct offering with participation from Bain Capital Life Sciences, Cormorant Asset Management, and Eli Lilly and Company. The company ended the first quarter with $116.6 million in cash, cash equivalents, and short-term investments, and the new financing extends its expected cash runway into mid-2027.
