Canal+ reported a 40% jump in first-half revenue to €4.3 billion, driven by the integration of MultiChoice, and said it remains on track to meet its full-year financial targets. Adjusted EBIT before exceptional items climbed 68% to €433 million, while free cash flow before exceptional items reached €414 million. The group now serves more than 41 million subscribers across over 40 countries, with 85% of revenue coming from subscriptions. MultiChoice showed early signs of a turnaround, with its subscriber base broadly flat year-on-year after a prior 10% decline, and cost synergies of €120 million were delivered in the half, keeping the company on pace for a €250 million full-year target. Canal+ reaffirmed its 2026 outlook for flat revenue, adjusted EBIT growth of 5% to €735 million, cash flow from operations before exceptional items above €600 million, and free cash flow above €250 million.
