Cannara Biotech has entered a long-term international supply agreement with Curaleaf International that could generate up to C$21 million in aggregate contract value if fully realized. The deal, starting August 1, 2026, covers bulk cannabis flower for international markets and includes a renewal option. Curaleaf will help Cannara obtain EU-GMP certification for its Valleyfield processing center, and until then, cannabis will be processed at Curaleaf's EU-GMP-certified Canadian facility. To meet expected demand, Cannara has activated two additional cultivation zones at Valleyfield, bringing total active zones to 14 out of 24, and plans to activate four more by the end of fiscal 2027, raising annual production capacity to 75,000 kilograms and accelerating its expansion timeline by about one year.
