Capital Clean Energy Carriers Corp.Takes delivery of new LNG carrier and secures time charter, funded by bridge loan to be refinanced.

Capital Clean Energy Carriers Corp. has taken delivery of the LNG carrier Agamemnon. The vessel, a 174,000 cubic meter carrier built by HD Hyundai Samho Co., Ltd., was delivered on June 17, 2026, and has commenced a time charter with a major energy company through March 2027. After that, the company may choose to place the vessel on either a five-year or a seven-year long-term charter, each with an additional five-year option. The acquisition was funded with cash on hand and a new $216.0 million senior secured bridge loan facility, which will be refinanced in July 2026 through an eight-year JOLCO facility of the same amount. Agamemnon is the 14th latest-generation LNG carrier delivered to the company, which has seven more such vessels under construction for delivery between the third quarter of 2026 and the first quarter of 2029.
