Tos Chirathivat, Chairman of the Executive Committee, stated that this appointment is a significant step in 2026 amid global business uncertainties. Central Group operates in 18 countries across Asia and Europe. Wallaya has been with the Group for over 40 years, with experience in retail, real estate, and corporate management. Her notable achievement includes leading Central Pattana's growth from 10 projects to 45 projects, and achieving record performance in 2025 with revenue of 53 billion baht and profit exceeding 19 billion baht. She will join the senior management team under the leadership of Tos, with Prinya Chirathivat as Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee, Pichai Chirathivat as Executive Director, and Pandit Mongkolakul as Chief Financial Officer.
