Century Communities has debuted Evelyn, a new single-family home community in Northeast Austin, at a June 13 Grand Opening event. The community introduces three distinct home collections—Aire, Vue, and Lux—featuring a total of 25 ranch and two-story floor plans, with homes priced from the $300s to the $500s. Two model homes showcasing the Bristol and Heron plans are now open for tours, and planned amenities include a pool, splash pad, ponds, playgrounds, and hiking-and-biking trails. Evelyn is located near major employers such as Tesla and Samsung facilities, with quick access to I-35 and downtown Austin. The launch comes one week after the company debuted Cloverleaf in South Austin, expanding its presence in the region.
