CGSI maintained a buy recommendation on Cal-Comp Electronics Thailand, or CCET, and raised its target price to 10.20 baht, citing an expected stronger profit trend in the second half of 2026, driven by higher order volumes for server and storage products and a shift toward higher-value AI servers. Sales revenue rose to 34.8 billion baht, up 10 percent year on year and 17 percent quarter on quarter, while gross margin increased to 5.3 percent, up 30 basis points quarter on quarter but down 30 basis points year on year. CGSI raised its normalized earnings per share estimates by 2 to 4 percent for fiscal years 2026 to 2028 and maintained its buy rating, saying the company's operating capability is becoming clearer through strong revenue growth, steadily improving gross margin, and better operating leverage.
