Chayo Group Public Company LimitedPlans to purchase additional NPLs, expanding its core debt management portfolio which generates revenue for at least seven more years.

CHAYO stated that if the government extends the Thai Chuay Thai Plus Phase 2 measures, it will help boost customers' purchasing power and debt repayment ability. The company plans to purchase additional non-performing loans on top of its current total NPL management portfolio of approximately 98 billion baht, which is expected to generate revenue for at least another seven years. The debt management and purchase business group accounts for about 90 percent of main revenue. Meanwhile, the lending segment through its subsidiary Chayo Capital has a customer base of around 2,000 to 3,000 accounts and plans to continuously expand its customer base. For the 2026 profit target, the company maintains its goal of no less than 300 million baht. Regarding liquidity, the company has received approval from bondholders of all five series, with a total value exceeding 3,932.90 million baht, to extend the redemption period by another two years, and has gradually repaid part of the principal on four series, with one remaining series due in November 2026.
