China Animal Husbandry Industry disclosed that it has completed the core process of a cross-central-enterprise industrial acquisition totaling 727 million yuan through public listing. The company used its own and self-raised funds to acquire a 51 percent stake in Hebei Shengxue Dacheng Pharmaceutical from China Nuclear Uranium, as well as a 72.7272 percent stake in Inner Mongolia Shengxue Dacheng Pharmaceutical from China Nuclear Uranium and other transferors. The transaction has passed the concentration review by the State Administration for Market Regulation, the transaction price has been paid in full, and the property rights transaction contract has officially taken effect. After completion, China Animal Husbandry Industry will directly hold 51 percent of Hebei Shengxue Dacheng, and directly and indirectly hold a combined 86.6363 percent of Inner Mongolia Shengxue Dacheng. The two target companies will become controlling subsidiaries and be included in the consolidated financial statements. The two target companies are mainly engaged in the research, development and production of veterinary drug active pharmaceutical ingredients and preparations, which are highly synergistic with China Animal Husbandry Industry's core animal health business. This transaction is a typical practice of specialized coordination and integration among central enterprises.
