China Zheshang Bank has completed the issuance of its 2026 perpetual capital bonds, first tranche, under Bond Connect, in the national interbank bond market. The issuance size is 30 billion yuan, with a coupon rate of 1.95 percent for the first five years, resetting every five years. The issuer has a conditional redemption option on the fifth year and each subsequent interest payment date. The bonds were book-built on August 5, 2026, and issuance was completed on August 7, 2026.
