Cisco Systems IncSplunk released Cisco AI POD for Splunk, an on-premises AI platform extending Cisco's AI capabilities to regulated enterprises.

Cisco Systems shares rose about 0.6% to $110.77 Tuesday morning after Splunk released version 1.0 of Cisco AI POD for Splunk, a platform that lets enterprises run Splunk's AI capabilities on Red Hat OpenShift inside their own infrastructure. The on-premises option gives regulated industries a way to deploy AI without moving sensitive workloads to the public cloud. Cisco's fiscal fourth-quarter results showed hyperscaler AI orders of $4 billion in the quarter and $9.3 billion for fiscal 2026, with AI-infrastructure revenue of roughly $4 billion for the full year. Management expects that revenue to reach $7.5 billion in fiscal 2027, an 87.5% year-over-year jump. At $110.765, Cisco trades 48.48% above the GuruFocus GF Value estimate of $74.60, leaving execution on recurring software revenue as the next test.
