Cisco Systems has raised its fiscal 2026 target for AI infrastructure orders from hyperscalers to about $9 billion, up from a prior forecast of $5 billion. The company expects to recognize roughly $4 billion of that as revenue in the current fiscal year, against total guided revenue of $62.8 billion to $63.0 billion. Cisco took $1.9 billion of such orders in its fiscal third quarter, more than triple the year-earlier figure, bringing the year-to-date total to $5.3 billion. The company reports its fiscal fourth-quarter results on Wednesday, August 12, when the $9 billion target will be confirmed or revised. Shares have risen about 60% in 2026 and trade at roughly 26 times forward earnings.
