Cisco Systems IncAI infrastructure demand drives record orders and raised AI order guidance.

Cisco Systems is set to report its fiscal fourth-quarter results after the closing bell on Wednesday, Aug. 12. The networking giant enters the report with strong momentum, having posted record third-quarter revenues of $15.8 billion and non-GAAP earnings of $1.06 per share, while total product orders jumped 35% year over year. Management guided for fourth-quarter revenue between $16.7 billion and $16.9 billion and non-GAAP earnings of $1.16 to $1.18 per share, both new quarterly highs. AI infrastructure demand remains a key catalyst, with Cisco booking $5.3 billion in AI orders through the first three quarters of fiscal 2026 and raising its full-year AI order expectation to $9 billion. The stock has surged nearly 60% year to date and trades near its all-time high of $130, leaving investors focused on whether the results and outlook can justify the rally.
