NXP Semiconductors NVCiti raised price target to $370 from $270, citing analog price increases and AI data center buildouts.

Citi raised its price target on NXP Semiconductors to $370 from $270 and kept a Buy rating, citing June analog price increases and the view that AI data center buildouts will extend the analog upturn. Earlier in June, Wells Fargo raised its target to $305 from $265 with an Equal Weight rating, noting physical AI could create a meaningful long-term opportunity for analog and mixed-signal companies through humanoids, estimating a $1.6 billion semiconductor opportunity by 2030. Last month, Cantor Fitzgerald raised its target to $380 from $340 with an Overweight rating, saying the analog semiconductor cycle turned in the first quarter with broad-based beats and raises driven by industrial and data center strength, along with a fifth consecutive quarter of above-seasonal growth and improving cyclical indicators.
