Sdiptech ABSdiptech sold Metus and Metus Service for EUR 2.44 million, generating cash from divestiture.

Civinity has completed the acquisition of Croatian lift companies Metus and Metus Service from Sweden’s Sdiptech for a total transaction value of EUR 2.44 million, giving Civinity full ownership of both entities. The Metus Group employs around 280 people and maintains approximately 2,800 lifts across Croatia, with branches in Zagreb, Varaždin, Osijek, Rijeka and Split. Unaudited 2025 figures show Metus generated consolidated revenue of EUR 18.9 million and EBITDA of EUR 1.1 million, with total assets of EUR 12.6 million. Civinity financed the deal partly through privately placed bonds worth EUR 893,000 subscribed by INVL Bridge Finance. The acquisition also includes Metus operations in Slovenia, where revenue grew 47% year on year to EUR 1.26 million in 2025, and Civinity plans to use Metus as a base for further regional expansion.
