Bragar Eagel & Squire, P.C. has filed a class action lawsuit against Erasca, Inc. in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California on behalf of investors who purchased or acquired Erasca common stock between January 14, 2025 and April 26, 2026. The lawsuit alleges that the company made false and misleading statements and failed to disclose that preclinical data for its drug candidate ERAS-0015 was based on improper comparisons to Revolution Medicines, Inc., placing Erasca at risk of violating patent and trade secret protections. On April 28, 2026, Erasca disclosed a letter from Revolution Medicines alleging patent infringement and trade secret misappropriation related to ERAS-0015, a Phase 1 oral pan-RAS molecular glue inhibitor. Following the disclosure, Erasca's share price fell $9.25 per share, or approximately 48%, from $19.15 on April 27, 2026 to close at $9.90 on April 28, 2026. Investors have until August 10, 2026 to apply to the Court to be appointed as lead plaintiff.
