Class action lawsuit alleges false statements and undisclosed regulatory deficiencies in AML/CTF efforts.

Bragar Eagel & Squire, P.C. announced that a class action lawsuit has been filed against Wise Group plc in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. The lawsuit represents purchasers of Wise securities between May 11, 2026 and July 23, 2026. The complaint alleges that the company and its executives made false or misleading statements and failed to disclose material deficiencies in anti-money laundering efforts and prevention of terrorism financing, which understated regulatory risks ahead of its NASDAQ debut. Investors have until September 29, 2026 to seek lead plaintiff appointment.
