Clearwater Analytics Holdings Inc. completed its $8.4 billion take-private acquisition on June 25th, after which its Class A common stock stopped trading on the NYSE. The software-as-a-service company, which focuses on financial and investment data management, had reported fiscal first-quarter revenue of $221 million, recurring revenue of $872 million, and operating income of $77.4 million, alongside a GAAP loss of $2.8 million. Earlier in June, Clearwater announced that its Clearwater Compass, Total Portfolio Oversight, and Fund Analytics products would integrate directly with institutional managers' workflows. The stock had gained 11.9% over the past year and 1.9% year-to-date as of June 24th.
