CNH Industrial announced that its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, CNH Industrial Capital Canada, has priced C$450 million of 3.80% senior unsecured notes due January 22, 2030, at 99.872% of face value in a private placement to accredited investors in Canada. The offering is expected to close on June 29, with net proceeds to be used for working capital and other general corporate purposes, including purchasing receivables or other assets in the ordinary course of business and repaying debt as it matures. The notes will pay interest semi-annually beginning January 22, 2027, and are guaranteed by indirect CNH subsidiaries CNH Industrial Capital LLC, CNH Industrial Capital America LLC, and New Holland Credit Company.
