CNH Industrial N.V.Q2 earnings beat and raised guidance

CNH Industrial shares jumped 12% on Monday after the company reported second-quarter results that beat Wall Street estimates and raised its forward guidance. The agriculture and construction equipment maker posted adjusted earnings of $0.11 per share on revenue of roughly $4.8 billion, topping analyst forecasts of $0.09 per share and $50 million above revenue expectations. Management now expects 2026 agricultural segment net sales to be roughly flat year-over-year, a significant improvement from its prior outlook of a decline of up to 5%, and raised its construction segment revenue growth target to between 5% and 10% from roughly flat. The company also lifted its full-year adjusted earnings per share guidance range to $0.41 to $0.46, up from $0.35 to $0.45, signaling that cyclical industry conditions may be turning more positive.
