Net earnings were $173 million, or $1.55 per diluted share, while adjusted earnings jumped 142.4% to $193 million, or $1.73 per diluted share. The North America Steel Group posted a 41% rise in adjusted EBITDA to $253.5 million, and the Construction Solutions Group nearly doubled net sales to $394.6 million, driving a 138% increase in adjusted EBITDA to $97.4 million. The Europe Steel Group contributed $34.7 million in adjusted EBITDA, including a $20.4 million CO2 credit. The company anticipates capital spending of approximately $550 million for fiscal 2026 and maintains total liquidity of nearly $1.8 billion.
