Consolidated Water Co LtdNew 25-year retail license in Grand Cayman and $10.1M Florida order, plus Hawaii project, support growth despite Q2 revenue dip.

Consolidated Water reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $32.9 million, down 2% from a year earlier, as a 49% plunge in manufacturing revenue to $2.7 million outweighed gains in bulk water, retail and services. Net income from continuing operations fell to $4.0 million, or $0.25 per diluted share, from $5.2 million, or $0.32 per diluted share. The company secured a new 25-year retail water license in Grand Cayman that preserves its exclusive territory and is expected to cut customers' average water cost by about 6.5%. After the quarter, Consolidated Water received a $10.1 million Florida equipment order and advanced procurement for its planned Hawaii desalination facility, with management expecting these projects to support results through 2027. The company ended June with $132.6 million in cash, $144.6 million in working capital and no significant debt.
