Constellation Energy invested a combined $180 million during recent scheduled refueling and maintenance outages at its Limerick and Calvert Cliffs nuclear facilities, injecting substantial revenue into local hospitality and retail sectors. The Limerick Clean Energy Center in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, received a direct $90 million investment, bringing more than 1,400 specialized electricians, pipefitters, and welders to the region and contributing $5.6 million in local property taxes in 2026 alone. In March, a scheduled refueling outage at the Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant delivered close to $90 million in targeted facility upgrades and mobilized more than 1,500 skilled workers. Constellation Energy is a holding in the Range Nuclear Renaissance ETF, which tracks the VettaFi Nuclear Renaissance Index and provides exposure to the entire nuclear value chain.
