CoreWeave, Inc. Class A Common StockCoreWeave's revenue backlog hit $104.2 billion, up 246% YoY, with over $25 billion in net new customer commitments added in early Q3.
CoreWeave ended June with a revenue backlog of $104.2 billion, up 246% year over year, and one analyst predicts the figure will pass $150 billion before 2028. The backlog stood at $30.1 billion at the end of June 2025, reached $66.8 billion by year-end, jumped to $99.4 billion at the end of March, and hit $104.2 billion at the end of June. Clearing $150 billion from $104.2 billion would require adding about $46 billion net across the six quarters through the end of 2027, growth of roughly 28% a year, or about 6% a quarter. CoreWeave added more than $25 billion of net new customer commitments in the early weeks of the third quarter, none of which is in the June figure, after Meta Platforms expanded its agreement by about $21 billion in March and Jane Street committed about $6 billion in April. Of the $103.7 billion of remaining performance obligations inside the backlog, only 41% is expected to convert to revenue within 24 months, and three customers accounted for 72% of second-quarter revenue.
