CoreWeave, Inc. Class A Common StockEarnings report and guidance are the focus; stock has fallen after each of last five reports, but analysts are bullish with high price target.

CoreWeave Inc. is set to report second-quarter earnings after the close Tuesday, with its forward guidance seen as critical to sustaining a recent rally after the stock fell following each of its last five reports. Wall Street expects revenue to rise 111% to $2.6 billion and an adjusted net loss of $649 million, while the adjusted operating margin is projected at 2.9%, up from about 1% in the first quarter. The company has said benefits from its data-center capacity investments should begin to appear in the second half of the year, making management’s outlook especially important. Analysts remain broadly bullish, with 29 of 43 tracked by Bloomberg holding buy ratings and an average price target of around $138, implying a 57% gain over the next 12 months. The stock is up 120% since its March 2025 IPO but still down 41% from its all-time high a year ago.
