CoreWeave, Inc. Class A Common StockQ2 beat and raised guidance

CoreWeave stock jumped 18.6% as of noon ET on Wednesday after the company reported second-quarter results that beat analyst estimates and raised its full-year guidance. The AI data center company posted an adjusted loss of $1.14 per share on revenue of $2.58 billion, topping Wall Street's forecast for a loss of $1.21 per share on sales of $2.56 billion. Revenue grew about 112% year over year, while the adjusted net loss widened to roughly $567 million from $113 million a year earlier. Management guided current-quarter revenue to between $3.45 billion and $3.6 billion, raised its full-year sales target to between $12.4 billion and $13.2 billion from $12 billion to $13 billion, and lifted its operating income outlook to between $960 million and $1.15 billion from $900 million to $1.1 billion. The company also increased its year-end active power target to 1.85 gigawatts from 1.7 gigawatts.
