CorVel reported strong fiscal first-quarter results with revenue rising 11% year over year to $260 million and earnings per share increasing 22% to $0.63. New-customer sales jumped more than 60% year over year, and claims volume grew 8%, marking the largest annual quarterly increase since December 2024. The company is expanding AI and automation in claims and clinical workflows, launched Executive Advisory Services and data-driven medical bill repricing, and is advancing CERIS payment-integrity offerings for health plans. CorVel generated $43.1 million in free cash flow, ended the quarter with $256 million in cash and no debt, and repurchased 377,098 shares for $21.8 million.
