CoStar Group has completed its acquisition of Zonda, a leading provider of new home construction data, homebuilder software and residential real estate marketplaces, for $800 million in cash. The deal expands CoStar Group's presence into the U.S. new home market, which represents approximately $400 billion in annual home sales. Zonda serves more than 3,000 customers and generated approximately $170 million of revenue in 2025 at an Adjusted EBITDA margin of 23%. The acquisition brings NewHomeSource.com and Livabl into CoStar Group's portfolio of online marketplaces. CoStar Group announced the agreement on May 29, 2026, and the transaction has now satisfied required regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
