CoStar Group guided third-quarter 2026 adjusted EBITDA to a range of $190 million to $210 million while revising its full-year 2026 revenue outlook to $3.715 billion to $3.755 billion. The company reported second-quarter revenue of $925 million, an 18% year-over-year increase, and adjusted EBITDA of $184 million, which more than doubled from the prior year and represented a 20% margin. Full-year adjusted EBITDA guidance was affirmed at $780 million to $820 million, and the revenue revision was attributed to restructuring at Ten-X, sales-force optimization at Homes.com, and a decision to maintain pricing integrity at Apartments.com.
