Coty announced organizational changes to advance its Coty.Curated strategy by centralizing commercial decision-making. Executive Chairman and interim CEO Markus Strobel will take direct control of Prestige commercial operations, with regional leaders reporting to him. The company will integrate Prestige R&D and sustainability with supply chain under interim leadership of Chief Supply Chain Officer Graeme Carter. Caroline Andreotti, Chief Commercial Officer Prestige, will leave at the end of September, and Dr. Shimei Fan, Chief Scientific and Sustainability Officer, will leave at the end of August. Priya Srinivasan, Chief People and Purpose Officer, will step down in August for personal reasons, and Séverine Charbon will join as her successor on September 1.
