Crown Castle Inc reported second-quarter organic growth of 3.9%, or $38 million, excluding Sprint cancellations and DISH terminations. Adjusted funds from operations benefited from a $35 million decrease in interest expense and a $14 million increase in interest income. The company raised its full-year 2026 site rental revenue outlook by $5 million at the midpoint and expects full-year organic growth of 3.4%, excluding the same headwinds. Crown Castle repurchased $1 billion in shares at an average price of $88.66 per share and repaid approximately $7.2 billion in debt, including $5 billion of floating rate debt. The company also completed the sale of its small cell and fiber businesses, becoming the only publicly traded pure-play US tower operator, and is focusing on increasing land ownership under its towers to improve margins and operational control.
