Commercial Vehicle Group IncRaises 2026 revenue and EBITDA guidance on broad-based growth including Zoox program ramp

Commercial Vehicle Group raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $725 million to $755 million and adjusted EBITDA guidance to $26 million to $31 million. CEO James Ray said the increase reflects broad-based growth across all three segments, driven by non-Class 8 diversification, international demand, and the ramp of new business including the Zoox autonomous vehicle program. Second-quarter consolidated revenue was $195.2 million with adjusted EBITDA of $5.4 million, while the company reported a net loss from continuing operations of $8.7 million. CVG also continued deleveraging, reducing net leverage to 3.3x from 4.1x at year-end 2025 through debt paydowns funded by an at-the-market equity program and sale-leaseback transactions.
