CVG reported second quarter 2026 revenues of $195.2 million, up 13.5% from the prior year, and raised its full-year revenue and adjusted EBITDA guidance. All three business segments posted year-over-year revenue growth, driven by new business ramps and increased customer demand, with Global Seating up 7.5%, Global Electrical Systems up 15.8%, and Trim Systems and Components up 21.1%. Adjusted EBITDA was $5.4 million, compared to $5.2 million a year ago, while net loss from continuing operations widened to $8.7 million, or $0.25 per diluted share, partly due to a $3.4 million warrant liability revaluation. The company now expects full-year 2026 revenues between $725 million and $755 million and adjusted EBITDA between $26 million and $31 million, both above prior ranges.
