Cycurion, Inc.Reverse split, margin expansion, debt reduction, acquisitions, and buyback signal stronger fundamentals.

Cycurion, Inc. announced a 1-for-8 reverse stock split, backed by what CEO Kevin Kelly describes as the strongest fundamentals since his tenure began. The company's gross margin expanded from 6.1% in Q2 2025 to 29.1% in Q2 2026, net debt has been cut by more than half since year-end 2024, and it closed two acquisitions this year, Secuvant and Digital Ally/Kustom, adding over 800 agency clients. Cycurion also signed a 10-year, $54.6 million award supporting HHS, which will contribute more than $5 million in annual recurring revenue starting this November, and it has $15 to $17 million of firmly committed revenue in each of 2026, 2027, and 2028, plus a $34 million open pipeline. The Board has authorized a $500,000 share repurchase program, and the company targets break-even profitability and a cash-positive operating position by Q2 2027. Kelly also addressed a manipulation campaign against the stock, stating the company is pursuing accountability through the courts.
