Cycurion, Inc.Nasdaq delisting notice due to stock price below $1 minimum bid requirement.

Cycurion has received a delisting determination letter from Nasdaq after its stock price fell below the $1.00 minimum bid requirement for 31 consecutive business days. The company plans to request a hearing before the Nasdaq Hearings Panel by the July 17 deadline, which will stay the suspension of trading and allow its shares to continue trading during the appeal process. Nasdaq determined that Cycurion is not eligible for the standard 180-day compliance period because it completed a 1-for-30 reverse stock split in October 2025. The company’s board has decided not to pursue another reverse split at this time and is evaluating other options to regain compliance. Cycurion maintains an annual revenue run rate exceeding $28 million and says the delisting matter does not affect its operations or strategic execution.
