DA Davidson raised its price target on Palantir Technologies to $250 from $200 on Thursday while keeping a Buy rating, citing growing customer interest in AI sovereignty and the company's expanding role in managing enterprise AI systems. The firm said Palantir's AIPCon11 event highlighted rising demand for tools that help organizations control AI models and data. DA Davidson also pointed to Palantir's recent work with Nvidia, where the software company developed a supply-management system using Nemotron technology, as evidence of its ability to address operational challenges tied to AI deployment. Palantir reported 79% revenue growth in its latest quarter, with gross profit margin reaching 85%. Other analysts remain positive as well: Phillip Securities recently raised its target to $215 from $202, William Blair highlighted expansion of Palantir's Maven Smart System agreement with the Pentagon, and Baird and Truist Securities retained positive ratings, while Benchmark continues to rate the shares Hold.
